When a slide-out starts dragging, groaning, or marking the floor, the base rollers are usually the reason. This is the genuine BAL part number 854275 floor roller base assembly — the same component Norco Industries supplies to RV manufacturers on the production line, offered here as factory OEM surplus.
Each assembly pairs a 4.57" long x 1.75" diameter white nylon roller with a zinc-plated stamped steel carrier, a through-stud and hex nuts. The nylon roller carries the weight of the slide-out room and lets it travel in and out smoothly, without the scuffing and chatter a flat-spotted or seized roller produces.
Fits BAL Accu-Slide ABS, Accu-Slide ECONO and Exact-Slide systems.
Installation note: the 854275 is the base-mount version and requires the slide-out room to be pulled for installation. If you need to service a roller without pulling the room, BAL’s model 22324 is the field-service alternative.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this fit my slide-out?
It fits BAL Accu-Slide ABS, Accu-Slide ECONO and Exact-Slide systems. BAL labels the system on the drive assembly inside the slide mechanism — check there first. If you are not sure, send us a photo of your mechanism and we will tell you.
How many rollers does my slide-out use?
It varies with room width. Most rooms run two to four base rollers across the floor. Replace them as a set rather than one at a time — a new roller next to a flat-spotted one will carry uneven load.
Do I have to pull the room to install this?
Yes. The 854275 is the base-mount version and the room has to come out to reach it. BAL’s 22324 is the field-service roller designed to be changed with the room in place.
Is this a genuine BAL part?
Yes. These are factory OEM surplus and still carry BAL part number 854275. They are not aftermarket copies.
Does it come with the mounting hardware?
Yes — the threaded stud and hex nuts are on the assembly as pictured.
Can you help me work out what I need?
Absolutely. We build and service slide-outs every week. Send us your RV year, make and model and we will help you sort it out.
